How do I get a Smart card?
Smart cards can be obtained from any of our The Outlet stores. Find your nearest store by visiting our store locator here
. Once you have your card, you need to register it at the till, or online.
When you’re registered, you’re ready to start earning points!
How much is it worth?
For every £1 you spend, you’ll earn 5 points. Each point is worth 1p in store.
Can I get a card statement?
Each time you make a purchase using your card you will get a separate mini statement. If you just want to check your balance, please ask a member of staff for help.
Does my card expire?
Points on your Smart card will last for 24 months from when it is loaded.
Where can I use my Smartcard?
Your Smart card can be used in any The Outlet store. This does not include
online purchases from Littlewoods Clearance on eBay or Amazon, Very Clearance on eBay or Bargain Crazy.com. It does not include purchases from very.co.uk or Littlewoods.com or any financial services operated by or for Shop Direct Group.

Can you replace a lost Smart card?
We can replace lost/stolen or damaged Smart cards as long as you have registered them.
I want to buy something that costs more/less than my Smart card balance. How does this work?
If your purchase totals more than your card balance, you may pay the extra balance with cash or credit/debit card.
If your purchase totals less than your card balance, the remaining points will stay on the card. A till receipt will show your remaining balance after each purchase.
I want to return an item I bought with a Smart Card. How does this work?
Our returns policy still applies to items bought on Smart Cards. The value of the returned items will be applied back onto your Smart card. No cash refund or credit note will be processed for items bought using a gift card.
